I created Mint Modern Health for those like me - Career driven and busy parents who are highly motivated and exhausted. The ones who are doing everything “right” and still not feeling like themselves.

​

Maybe you’re dealing with gut issues that won’t go away, hormone swings you can’t explain, anxiety that always keeps you on edge, or fatigue that’s not just physical—it’s soul-deep. I see you. I’ve been there. And I’m here to tell you there is another way.

My work weaves together:

Functional medicine to find and address the root cause, Ayurvedic principles that respect your cycles, constitution, and nature. Mindfulness tools such as movement, yoga and breathwork to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you to yourself.

I believe wellness should be clear, conscious, and customized. It is also an ART that can be easily learned so you are empowered to take your wellness in your own hands!

I am a board certified Chiropractic Physician, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Registered Yoga Instructor. 

​

I constantly continue my medical education in yoga, functional medicine and ayurveda to guide motivated individuals who want more than just a diagnosis.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, autoimmunity, gut and hormonal imbalances, weight loss issues, or fatigue, I am here to guide you back to wellness so you feel at home in your body.
