3 Epic Hummus Recipes

Creamy, delicious spreads to enjoy! Instead of the usual chickpea base, we are using lightly cooked cauliflower - making this recipe vegan, gluten-free, paleo-friendly, and absolutely delicious.

Prep Time: 5 min; Cook Time: 20 min
HUMMUS # 1
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus: Ingredients:
2 red bell peppers - Seeds removed
2 tsp avocado oil 2 cups cauliflower florets
4 tbsp tahini (sesame seed butter)
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Coat the bell peppers and cauliflower florets with oil, place on a baking sheet, cook in the oven till the skin on the bell pepper had lightly browned, the cauliflower is lightly roasted - This takes about 20 mins. Once cooled, remove the peel from the bell peppers.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till desired consistency is achieved. If you like it a little runnier, add extra water or if you like it zestier, add more lime juice!

Classic Hummus: Ingredients:
1 tsp avocado oil 2 cups cauliflower florets
3 tbsp tahini (sesame seed butter)
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
