What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is the clinical application of yogic tools — including postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and lifestyle guidance — to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Unlike general yoga classes, yoga therapy is highly personalized and rooted in a therapeutic relationship between client and practitioner.

Each session begins with a short consultation to assess your needs. Based on your health history, symptoms, and wellness goals, we co-create a customized therapeutic practice that may include:
- Yoga Postures (asana) to support mobility, lymphatic flow, and nervous system regulation
- Breathwork (pranayama) to calm the mind, balance energy, and improve vagal tone
- Meditation & Mindfulness techniques for emotional resilience and mental clarity
- Guided Relaxation or Yoga Nidra to support deep rest and cellular healing
- Lifestyle & self-care practices rooted in Ayurveda & Natural Medicine
